These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications and related services (together, the "Services") provided by DevRise ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
DevRise provides technology consulting, cloud, web and mobile application services, as well as our own mobile applications: Arohan, HireSetu and AnyExam.online. These Terms apply to all of them. An app may show additional terms for specific features, which apply together with these Terms. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of significant changes.
Custom development, consulting or cloud projects for clients are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement applies.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services on your own. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
4. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- keep your login details confidential and secure; and
- tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any illegal purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or that infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by uploading viruses or malicious code;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services, except where the law allows it;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Services without our permission; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of any content you submit through the Services ("Your Content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, use and display Your Content only as needed to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by DevRise or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose, in line with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Purchases & subscriptions

- In-app purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are processed by Google and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may include applicable taxes.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. App store terms
If you download our app from Google Play or another app store, you also agree to that store's terms of service. These Terms are between you and DevRise only, not the app store provider. The app store provider is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
10. Third-party services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Services, you agree that we may use your information as described in that policy.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevRise and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or [INR 5,000].
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DevRise harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or Your Content.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. When your access ends, the licences granted to you end too. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive termination.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts at [City], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will notify you through the Services or by email. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
